December 11, HBIS and BBMG signed a Complete Industrial Chain Strategic Cooperation Agreement in HBIS headquarter to strengthen their cooperation in efficient resource application, merger of different industries and coordinated development of new strategic industries. The agreement will allow the two groups to optimize their resource allocations and build a cooridnated partnership to improve their competitiveness in the market and provide better services to clients. They will jointly seek opportunities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated region and the high quality development of the country. HBIS CCP and Group chairman Yu Yong, BBMG CCP and Group Chairman Jiang Deyi witness the signature and HBIS Vice President, Chief Technology Officer Wang Xindong, BBMG Vice President, CCP Committee Member Jiang Yingwu signed the agreement.
HBIS Vice President Liu Jian, Wang Yaobin, BBMG executives Jiang Changlu, Wang Zhaojia, Liu Wenyan also attended the event.
Yu Yong said HBIS and BBMG were both great SOEs in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. A comprehensive and complete industrial chain coopeartion and coordianted cooperation is the integral demand of each company. It is also their historic responsibility in the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei development, the efficient resource application and reform and upgrade of the traditional industries. BBMG is a leading construction material manufacturer in the country engaging in real estate, financing and new materials. The new agreement will enable the partners to find new opportunities in traditional business, energy conservation and environmental protection, financing, value-added business and new strategic industries. The coopeartion will optimize their resource allocations and cooridnate their efforts in building a new industrial chain to reform and upgrade their industries and improve profits.
Jiang Deyi said strengthening the cooperation with HBIS and serving the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development was the concensus of the two groups. Besides its large scale, HBIS has been strong. HBIS has a clear strategy and development concept. BBMG is willing to work with HBIS to build a leading business model. With highly similar management vision and complementary businesses, the partners could strengthen their coopeartion in the whole chain and explore more opportunties. With their own advantages, they could implement the new joint ventures.
With this agreement, HBIS and BBMG will deepen their cooperation in supplier chain, mining & beneficiation, metallurgy, solid waste and hazadous waste treatment and application, coke and iron ore trade. The coopeartion will improve the efficiency of resource application. They explore new businesses of equipment manufacturing, prefabricated structures, clean energy R&D and digital technologies. They will seek comprehensive development of urban land resources. With existing cooperation, they will jointly invest in new projects. With their advantages in overseas assets, they will particiate Belt & Road Initiative projects and open their global businensses to its partners to make a combined fleet of Chinese enterprise entering global markets.
